Italian Turkey Meatballs

Serves 4 Submitted by Ila Amin Turkey Meatballs for appetizers or to throw in with some homemade marinara

1/3 cup parmesean cheese

1 teaspoon italian seasoning

3 eggs (well beaten)

1 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon salt

3 garlic cloves

4 Tablespoons of bread crums (add more if needed)

1 lb turkey with a little fat

1/4 cup fresh parsley

Mix all ingredients together Leave overnight or for a few hours Wet your hands and form meatballs Sautee in olive oil Toss in Marinara
