Baked Spaghetti Casserole

This is great at Thankgiving.. you can also add corn to this to make it more flavorful

1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck

1 bell pepper, chopped

1 lg. onion, chopped

1/2 c. chopped celery

2 cloves garlic

1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 can water

1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes

2 tbsp. chili powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 c. sharp cheese chunks

1 (14 oz.) jar olives

3/4 c. grated cheese

Brown ground chuck, add next 9 ingredients and simmer 2 hours. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Combine meat sauce, spaghetti, chunks of cheese and olives in 3 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly.
