Excellent Spicy bagel for lunch or breakfast

2 Eggs

1/2 cup milk

green bell pepper

onion

Plain or cheese bagel

cheddar cheese

tomato

4 strips maple bacon

jambalaya spice

Preheat skillet on medium high, cook bacon, geen bell pepper and onion together until throughly cooked and soft. Scramble eggs with milk and then let cook then add cheese to the egss and melt in the skillet. Add bacon, eggs, bell pepper, onion and tomato to bagel.. top with a dash of jambalaya spice and serve with your choice of sides.. Ex. would be home fries.
