Merlyn's Hot Chocolate

Serves 40 cups
8 Qt powdered milk (10 2/3 cups)
1 lb of Nestle's Quick
6 oz. cream
1/2 c powdered sugar
Mix all ingredients. Add a dash of cinnamon to taste. Add 1/3 C of the mix to a cup of hot water.
