Sizzling Chicken & Cheese

Great meal for 4 people

1 Green Bell Pepper

1 large sweet onion

l package of pre sliced portabello mushrooms

4 chicken breast

1 large tomato

paparika seasoning

Mrs. Dash seasoning

Garlic seasoning

cheddar cheese

Cut up bell pepper, oniion, mushrooms and tomato and place into skillet with a tablespoon of oil until veggies are softened. Then in a seperate pan place chicken in the middle with 2 tablespoons of oil. Sprinkle seasonings to your liking until well cooked. Place veggies in the same pan as the chicken. Cut several slices of cheese and let melt over chicken and veggies. Serve warm with potatoes.
